JV rewards employee for excellent communication

JV Recruitment is committed to educating employees on Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) to ensure a high level of safety is maintained on-site. Through an excellent level of communication with employees, JV continues to sustain an effective safety culture in the company.

Employees are encouraged to report any hazards immediately as this minimises the risk of injuries and incidents on-site. Just recently an employee was rewarded with 2 movie tickets as she took a proactive approach by ringing our WHS Officer, Ethan Adams to ask some safety questions before commencing her electrical spotting work. Ethan assisted her in providing relevant information and she was able to go into the job with confidence that she would be safe.

This is a great example of how our JV employees take responsible care for themselves and their work colleagues in regard to safety. Our passionate WHS Officer will continue to advocate a great level of communication with those on-site and he will always be happy to answer any WHS queries that arise. He is willing to help resolve any safety issues or concerns that are encountered so that employees will enjoy working for JV now and in the future, knowing that JV really cares about their safety.
