Whilst some may view recruitment as a sales transaction, Lucy share's JV Recruitment's philosophy that recruitment is all about helping our clients to build and support the growth and productivity of a company through its people. Located in Melbourne permanently, Lucy enjoys spending time with her friends over a glass of wine (or two) going to gigs, keeping active, travel and trying new things as much as she can – keeps life interesting!
Lucy has over 5 years experience working in the Business Support space in London and throughout New Zealand across a broad range of industries including Property, Legal and Professional Services. With a Bachelors in Management majoring in HR, Lucy brings experience, education, and passion to her day-to-day job.
