Paul is a calm, approachable and considered recruiter. Working within the ski industry over 22 seasons, Paul was responsible for leading teams and recruiting for both the resorts and private travel businesses. It is this experience that Paul has brought to JV as he understands and implements the fundamentals of customer service, problem solving and promoting the positive attributes of a person and/or organisation. Paul predominantly works within the white collar sector but provides support to the blue collar department when required.
Paul is a Recruitment Consultant within both the white and blue collar sectors of transport, logistics and manufacturing industries. Prior to this, he worked within the ski industry both nationally and internationally.
