About Aicel
Aicel Morante joined JV Recruitment in August 2022 as a Recruitment and Administration Coordinator, supporting the Permanent Recruitment team. In April 2024, she moved into the Finance team, where she now works as a Payroll Administrator responsible for processing payroll for JV’s temporary workforce.
Using FastTrack, Aicel helps ensure temporary employees are paid accurately and on time each pay cycle. Her role includes processing wages, superannuation and other payroll requirements, while supporting the broader Finance team with careful administration and a strong attention to detail.
Working remotely from the Philippines, Aicel is a reliable and dedicated member of the JV team. Her organised approach, accuracy and commitment help keep payroll processes running smoothly for employees working across JV Recruitment’s client sites.
Outside of work, Aicel enjoys expressing her creativity through painting and handmade crafts. She takes on commissioned paintings and creates beaded jewellery, including bracelets, necklaces, earrings and charms.
