Do I need recruitment experience to work at JV?
Not always. Many of our team have previously worked in the industries they now recruit for, including construction, labour hire and traffic management.
We look for people with the right attitude, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
What training and support does JV provide?
New starters are supported through a structured onboarding and induction program, along with mentoring, ongoing learning and development, leadership support and access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Our consultants also benefit from dedicated marketing and operational support teams across the business.
What career progression opportunities are available?
Many of our leaders and senior team members have progressed their careers internally through promotions, leadership pathways and opportunities created through JV’s expansion across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.
