Andrew joined JV in 2021 and has since progressed into the role of Systems & Process Manager, supporting the business by improving the systems, processes and technology that help our teams work more effectively.

Originally from the UK, Andrew holds a degree in Business Studies with a focus on Strategic Human Resource Management. His background across recruitment, technology, operations and hands-on site work gives him a practical understanding of how people, processes and systems need to work together.

Known around JV for his sense of humour and problem-solving mindset, Andrew is always looking for ways to make things simpler, smarter and more efficient.

Experience

Before moving into systems and process management, Andrew worked across recruitment and labour hire, giving him first-hand insight into the day-to-day challenges faced by consultants, candidates and clients.

His broader experience includes software sales, particularly within HR technology, hospitality management across international markets, and hands-on labouring work throughout Australia, including residential renovation projects.

That varied background now plays an important role in his position at JV. Andrew combines operational experience with a strong understanding of technology and workflow to help improve internal processes, support system adoption and ensure the business continues to evolve as it grows.
