Kay Lim

Kay Lim is JV Recruitment’s Payroll Team Leader, supporting the delivery of accurate and efficient payroll nationally, across JV’s temporary workforce.

Kay joined JV Recruitment in 2021, initially providing administrative support across the Labour Hire and Permanent Recruitment teams. In 2022, she moved into payroll and has since built strong experience across Australian payroll processes, progressing to Payroll Team Leader.

Kay plays an important role in keeping JV’s payroll operations running smoothly. Her responsibilities span payroll processing, superannuation, tax, LeavePlus, child support, onboarding and other payroll requirements, supported by experience across systems including FastTrack360 and a range of recruitment and HR platforms.

Before joining JV, Kay spent more than 12 years working in recruitment across industries including BPO, retail, FMCG, telecommunications, banking and finance. This experience gives her a strong understanding of both the front and back ends of recruitment and the importance of accurate, responsive support for employees and internal teams.

Known for her organisation, accuracy, professionalism and positive approach, Kay has become an integral part of the JV team In her role as Payroll Team Leader, she helps support the broader payroll function while maintaining the high standards of service and accuracy required to keep JV’s workforce paid correctly and on time.

Outside of JV, Kay enjoys staying active by going to the gym and practising yoga and Pilates.
