About Tyson

Tyson Sinclair is JV Recruitment’s National WHS Manager & RTW Coordinator, responsible for supporting workplace health and safety across JV’s operations and helping maintain safe, compliant working environments for employees, clients and site teams.

With more than 15 years of hands-on experience as a cabinet maker, Tyson brings a strong practical understanding of construction environments and the day-to-day safety challenges faced on site. His career has also included working within personnel hire, where he supported candidates and clients, mentored apprentices and trainees, and managed a caseload of labour-hire workers.

This combination of trade, workforce management and people experience gives Tyson a practical approach to workplace health and safety. He works closely with employees, site staff and management to identify and manage risks, support injury prevention and promote safe work practices across JV’s workforce.

As JV’s Return to Work Coordinator, Tyson also supports employees following workplace injuries, coordinating effective and supportive return-to-work plans and working with the relevant parties to help employees return to work safely and sustainably.

Known for his approachable and collaborative style, Tyson combines his knowledge of construction with a strong focus on safety, wellbeing and practical outcomes. His role supports JV Recruitment’s commitment to looking after its people and ensuring #WorkDoneRight across the business.
