Alex joined JV Recruitment as Payroll Administrator within the Finance Team, bringing more than 14 years of experience across Human Resources, payroll support, administration and people operations.

Their career has spanned a wide range of industries, including banking and financial services, telecommunications, hospitality, shared services, recruitment and BPO environments. This broad experience has given Alex a strong understanding of the systems, processes and support required to keep people operations running smoothly.

Known for their organised and detail-focused approach, Alex supports the team across payroll administration and broader employee-related processes.

Experience

Alex has extensive experience across HR operations, recruitment, compensation and benefits, onboarding, HR administration and HRIS.

Throughout their career, they have supported key stages of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, claims, HR documentation and employee support. Their experience also includes managing healthcare and insurance benefits, allowances, third-party provider coordination and expatriate mobility requirements such as visas, relocation, housing and local registration.

Alex also brings experience across office administration, vendor management, procurement and facilities, giving them a well-rounded operational background that supports their role within JV’s Finance Team.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys a good cup of coffee and settling in with a crime documentary.
