Amanda Bortone is the Administration Manager at JV Recruitment, supporting the national operations of both JV Recruitment and JV Traffic across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.
With more than 20 years of administration and operational experience, Amanda plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of JV’s recruitment, labour hire and traffic management divisions. Working across multiple offices, teams and operational functions, she helps keep the business structured, compliant and running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Originally from New Zealand, Amanda acts as a key point of coordination between leadership teams, external providers, operational systems and regulatory bodies. She specialises in administration management, operational support, compliance coordination and process improvement across construction recruitment, labour hire and traffic management.
Known internally as the “engine room” behind JV’s national operations, Amanda is highly regarded for her calm and decisive approach, attention to detail and ability to bring structure and clarity to complex operational environments. She works closely with leadership to support scalable systems, workforce coordination, compliance standards and operational efficiency across both JV Recruitment and JV Traffic.
Amanda’s experience supporting workforce operations across construction recruitment and traffic management helps ensure JV continues delivering reliable, relationship-driven service to clients, candidates and workers across Australia’s east coast.
