Glenn is a Recruitment Consultant within JV Recruitment’s Labour Hire division in Sydney, specialising in supplying trades and construction labour across civil, residential, commercial and remedial projects throughout New South Wales.
Originally from Ireland, Glenn moved into construction recruitment after spending several years working within the construction industry. Wanting to explore a new career path while staying connected to the sector, he transitioned into blue-collar recruitment where he could use his practical industry knowledge to support both clients and candidates.
Glenn brings a diverse professional background to the role, with experience spanning healthcare management and hands-on construction work. This combination has helped him develop strong organisational skills, the ability to work in fast-paced environments, and a practical understanding of the people and skills required on construction sites.
In his role at JV Recruitment, Glenn focuses on sourcing and managing candidates, coordinating shift allocations across construction sites throughout Sydney, and building strong relationships with both clients and workers. He also supports business development activities by connecting with contractors and construction companies to help them access reliable labour when they need it most.
Glenn works closely with builders, contractors and project managers across Sydney, helping ensure construction sites are staffed with capable workers who can contribute from day one.
Outside of work, Glenn enjoys staying active through fitness, football and golf, and also has a passion for playing musical instruments. Growing up in the countryside of Ireland, he now enjoys building his career and future in Sydney while staying connected to the construction industry.
