With over 12 years’ experience in construction recruitment and workforce solutions across Australia’s East Coast, Jess is a National Business Development Manager at JV Recruitment, partnering with leading contractors to deliver reliable, high-performing trades and labour hire teams.

Working across modular, commercial, fit-out, civil, events and demolition projects, she understands the demands of both site-based and factory environments, where precision, safety and reliability are critical to project success.

Operating nationally, Jess specialises in tailored labour hire solutions, including trades, general labour and traffic management through JV Traffic in Victoria. She supports key accounts with consistent, scalable workforce delivery - typically managing crews of 10–20 workers, with the capability to scale beyond 30+ for larger or time-critical projects.

Known for her proactive and relationship-driven approach, Jess works closely with clients to anticipate workforce demand, minimise risk and keep projects moving. Her ability to build long-term partnerships and deliver with consistency has made her a trusted partner to some of the industry’s leading contractors.
