Lewis Jackson

Lewis is a Recruitment Consultant with JV Recruitment’s Labour Hire division in Brisbane, specialising in construction labour hire and workforce solutions for civil and building projects across Queensland. With first-hand experience working on construction sites, Lewis understands what it takes to keep projects moving and teams properly staffed.

Originally from Wales in the UK, Lewis began his journey with JV Recruitment working on site as a general labourer before progressing into skilled labouring roles across a range of civil and construction projects throughout Queensland. After two years gaining practical on-site experience, he transitioned into an internal role with JV Recruitment, bringing valuable industry knowledge into the recruitment side of the business.

Having worked directly within the construction workforce, Lewis has a clear understanding of site expectations, safety requirements and the pace of project delivery. This experience enables him to connect with candidates and clients alike, ensuring workers are not only qualified on paper, but also suited to the realities of construction sites.

Today, Lewis supports builders, contractors and civil companies across Brisbane and South East Queensland by providing dependable construction labour hire solutions. His focus is on building strong relationships and supplying reliable workers who can contribute from day one.
