SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Assembly and fabrication of custom cabinetry, joinery, and detailed woodwork
- Reading and interpreting detailed production drawings and cutting lists
- Safe operation of standard factory machinery and power tools (panel saws, edgebanders, drills)
- Assisting with high-end surface preparation and hardware installation
- Participating in daily Toolbox Talks and workshop safety inductions
- Working collaboratively within a team environment to meet strict production deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to ensure workflow efficiency and quality control
WHAT YOU'LL GET
- $40 - $45 per hour + Super + Coinvest(depending on experience)
- Consistent hours in a secure, indoor factory environment based in Sunshine
- Meal allowance (payable on shifts over 9.5 hours)
- Heavy overtime available – time and a half and double-time rates paid
- Weekly Pay – processed every week, without fail
- Long-term consistency with real permanent full-time potential for standout workers
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate III in Cabinet Making (or equivalent trade qualification)
- Valid White Card
- Proven experience working within a fast-paced cabinet making or joinery factory
- Full PPE (Steel cap boots, hi-vis, hearing/eye protection)
- Genuine desire to commit long-term and work well within a production crew
- Own transport highly desirable
