SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Certificate III in Carpentry (essential)
- Proven experience in commercial fix-out/fit-out carpentry
- Experience installing doors, frames, skirting, architraves, hardware, and other internal finishes
- Competent using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of site safety procedures
- Previous Leading Hand experience is highly regarded, but not essential for carpenters looking to step into a leadership role
- $50 - $60 per hour + Super
- Daily travel allowance of $22.41
- Meal allowance after 9.5 hours worked
- Overtime paid at time and a half and double-time rates
- Weekly pay
