About the Roles
Due to consistent, organic growth, we are looking for trade-qualified Carpenters and Leading Hands to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
These are not short-term contract gigs. These are secure, "on-the-books" positions with guaranteed hours, paid annual leave, sick leave, and excellent work-life balance. Crucially, we are looking for individuals who want to grow with us. If you have the drive, we offer a direct, structured pathway to progress from a Carpenter/Leading Hand into a Site Supervisor role within the business.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Executing high-end framing, lock-up, fixing, and detailed timber work on bespoke custom homes.
- Reading and interpreting detailed architectural and structural plans.
- For Leading Hands: Managing a small team, coordinating trades on site, and assisting the Supervisor with running a smooth, safe, and efficient job site.
- Upholding an exceptionally high standard of finish and site safety.
- Trade Qualified: Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent Australian-recognized trade qualification).
- Experience: Proven experience in residential construction (custom, high-end, or extension/renovation experience is highly regarded).
- Tools & Transport: Valid driver’s license, reliable transport, and your own quality tools.
- Leadership Potential: Strong communication skills, a great work ethic, and the ambition to step up into leadership/supervisory roles in the future.
- White Card: Current General Construction Induction card.
- Competitive Salary:$90,000 - $110,000 + Super (Starting salary negotiable based on experience and role).
