You’ll be supporting experienced civil construction teams with a variety of hands‑on tasks, including trenching, site preparation, machinery spotting and general labouring duties. Immediate starts available for the right candidates!
What You’ll Be Doing
• Assist with civil construction activities including trenching, pipe‑laying support, backfilling and compaction
• Spot and support machinery operators safely on site
• Prepare and maintain work areas, traffic management and materials
• Use hand and power tools with confidence
• Support concreting tasks (experience desirable but not essential)
• Follow work plans, directions and OH&S procedures
Skills & Experience To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have:
• Previous civil labouring or general construction experience
• Confidence using hand and power tools
• Experience in spotting machinery and assisting operators
• Concreting experience (advantageous)
• Ability to work well within a team and independently
• Strong work ethic, reliability and willingness to learn

• $35–$40 per hour + superannuation
• Daily overtime and applicable penalty rates
• Daily travel allowance ($21.94)

What You’ll Need to Apply: Valid White Card
• Full Australian work rights
• White Carrd
• Minimum 12 months civil or construction experience
• Own reliable transport and PPE (highly desirable)
• Relevant tickets advantageous but not essential (e.g., Excavator, Roller, Skid Steer)
