oin a well-established custom and luxury home builder in Capalaba. You will act as the key bridge between clients, site supervisors, consultants, and the office, guiding custom builds from preliminary engagement through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Liaison: Guide clients step-by-step from concept through to key handover with clear, regular communication.
- Coordination: Connect clients, draftspeople, certifiers, engineers, and site supervisors.
- Contract Admin: Prepare building contracts, variations, colour selection sign-offs, and project files.
- Pre-Construction: Coordinate soil tests, engineering, and statutory approvals for site-start readiness.
- Finance Tracking: Assist with construction stage claims and bank authority-to-pay processes.
- Residential Experience: Prior background in residential construction coordination, client liaison, or contracts admin is essential(custom/luxury experience preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional client-facing skills and professional phone manner.
- Building Knowledge: Solid understanding of the residential build lifecycle and approvals.
- Organisation: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple custom job files concurrently.
- Software: Confident computer skills (experience with Buildertrend, Buildxact, or similar is a plus).
- Salary:$80,000 – $95,000 + Super.
