Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a dedicated Construction Administrator to join their Warwick Head Office.
The Role
As the Construction Administrator, you will be the backbone of the office, supporting the project management, estimating, and drafting teams to ensure residential builds move seamlessly from the initial contract through to completion.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating construction documentation, variations, and council approvals.
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep everyone informed and projects on track.
- Assisting with data entry, purchase orders, and progress claim invoicing.
- Maintaining accurate digital job files and compliance records.
- General office administration duties to support the smooth running of the HQ.
We are looking for a local professional who takes pride in their work and has a sharp eye for detail.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Construction Admin Experience (Highly Desired): Previous experience working in an administrative capacity within residential building, construction, or manufacturing is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional Organisation: The ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure.
- Strong Communication: A friendly, professional phone manner and excellent written communication skills for dealing with clients and contractors alike.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a proven ability to pick up internal construction management software quickly.
- Competitive Salary:$70,000 - $80,000 + Super (commensurate with your experience).
