The Opportunity

Known for high-quality architectural builds and a premium client experience, this builder is looking for a polished, proactive Customer Service Liaison Officer to manage the critical transition from sales deposit to contract signing.
The Role
This isn't just an admin role; it’s a pivotal relationship-management position. You will be the face of the business during the pre-contract phase, guiding families through the technical and emotional journey of building their dream home.
Your mission is to ensure every job file is "construction-ready" while delivering professional in-person presentations that provide clients with the confidence to sign.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Workflow: Oversee job file setup and maintain momentum across internal Drafting and Estimating departments.
- Client Advocacy: Act as the dedicated point of contact, providing weekly updates and managing expectations regarding pricing and timelines.
- Contract Presentations: Lead in-person client meetings to explain final plans, variations, and contract details with technical accuracy and professional flair.
- KPI Management: Focus on the primary goal of achieving monthly signed contracts while maintaining elite levels of client satisfaction.
- Administration: Facilitate meeting recaps, update internal tracking systems (including Databuild/OnSite Companion), and ensure compliance at every milestone.
- Industry Experience: You have a solid background in residential construction (Pre-Contract, Sales Coordination, or Project Support).
- Communication Expert: You are comfortable presenting complex information in person and can handle client queries with empathy and authority.
- Technical Aptitude: You understand the building process and are proficient in reading plans and navigating construction software.
- Target Driven: You enjoy working toward clear KPIs and take pride in "closing the loop" on contract finalization.
