The Opportunity
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in turning concept designs into build-ready documentation. Working closely with the Pre-Construction team and Design Manager, you will work across a diverse mix of standard and customized high-quality modular residential projects.
Your day-to-day impact will include:
- Producing accurate, coordinated documentation from concept to full construction sets using Revit.
- Creating visually stunning 3D renders using Lumion.
- Ensuring all plans comply with the NCC, Australian Standards, and relevant State & Local Government regulations.
- Managing drawing revisions, issue sets, and meticulous document control.
- Collaborating with internal project managers, consultants, and contractors to support smooth, predictable construction outcomes.
- Problem-solving unique modular requirements and providing technical support where needed.
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a genuine commitment to accuracy and a proactive, autonomous work ethic.
To be successful, you will need:
- A qualification in Building Design, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Demonstrated experience in residential projects with strong construction knowledge and detailing skills.
- High proficiency in Revit(especially from project startup) and documentation.
- A solid understanding of the NCC, Australian Standards, and local regulations.
- Experience interpreting architectural, engineering, and consultant documentation.
- Excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, plus a current Driver’s Licence.
- Bonus: Prior experience in modular construction is highly regarded, but not essential.
