About the Company
We are a leading residential construction specialist currently delivering 400 to 500 high-quality builds per annum. Our core investment model focuses on standard 3/4-bedroom duplex and single-level residential homes.
We pride ourselves on efficiency, quality, and strong partnerships. Due to continued growth across our QLD operations, we are seeking a dedicated, office-based Sales & Production Estimator to join our dynamic team at our QLD Headquarters.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Estimating Manager, you will play a pivotal role working across both sales and production estimating pipelines. You will collaborate closely with internal QLD and NSW team members, as well as being supported by offshore estimating resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely estimates across sales and production workflows.
- Review architectural plans, engineering details, and scope of works.
- Collaborate closely with internal project teams, management, and offshore support.
- Ensure cost-effectiveness, accuracy, and adherence to company margins and schedules.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of material pricing, labor costs, and industry trends.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Essential: Proven, proficient experience using Databuild.
- Demonstrated experience in volume residential estimating (sales and/or production).
- Strong computer literacy and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across both local and offshore team structures.
- Competitive salary banding of $90k – $120k + Super (with room to move for an exceptional candidate).
