About the Role:
Are you an experienced height safety professional who prides themselves on quality workmanship and keeping people safe. 

We are looking for a skilled, self-motivated Height Safety Installer to join our dedicated onsite team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of critical fall prevention systems, including access platforms, ladders, walkways, anchor points, and static lines. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you’ll ensure every job is completed to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
  • Installation: Install a wide range of height safety systems including fall arrest anchors, static lines, roof walkways, and various industrial ladders.
  • Fabrication: Assist in the fabrication of specialised, custom height safety products.
  • Job & Material Management: Keep track of job progress and proactively communicate any material shortages or requirements to the Project Manager.
  • Quality Control: Maintain our strict quality measures across all onsite work.
  • Asset Maintenance: Take pride in your gear by keeping company vehicles clean and tools in excellent working condition.

What We Are Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you must bring a mix of hands-on experience and a great attitude.

Experience & Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in the height safety installation industry.
  • Strong ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a team-first mindset.
  • A high standard of workmanship with a keen eye for detail.
