We’re working with a well established residential builder specialising in large bespoke renovations and architecturally designed custom homes across Brisbane’s inner city.
This is a hands on, on the tools Leading Hand role, overseeing a small team of carpenters while remaining actively involved in the build.
About the company
• Deliver up to 12 high-quality projects per year
• Work flows from one project to the next ensuring continuity and stability
• Projects are large renovations and full custom new builds
• All sites are located within approximately 10km of Brisbane CBD
• Minimal multi-project pressure with a strong focus on quality over volume
• Head office based in East Brisbane
The role
• Fully on the tools position
• Lead and coordinate a team of carpenters on-site
• Work closely with the Project Manager and trades
• Deliver high-end finishes on architecturally designed homes
• Long-term permanent opportunity
What we’re looking for
• Qualified Carpenter
• Experience as a Leading Hand or senior carpenter, ready to step up
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Comfortable leading a small team onsite
• Experience with custom homes or large renovations preferred
