Are you an established New Home Sales Consultant looking for a builder who actually delivers what you sell on time and to an exceptional standard?
We are seeing strong, sustained demand for quality custom residential builds. We are seeking a motivated, customer-centric sales professional to join our team in Hervey Bay.
With an attractive base salary of up to $80,000 and a lucrative commission structure paying up to 1.5% per sale, your earning potential is directly tied to your drive, with full operational backing from our estimating and construction teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Consultative Selling: Guide prospective buyers through the journey from initial enquiry and floor plan selection through to contract signing.
- Lead Conversion: Qualify incoming display, web, and walk-in leads, maintaining a disciplined follow-up pipeline.
- Custom Solutions: Collaborate with clients to match their lifestyle, block orientation, and budget with custom design variations and site requirements.
- Land & Package Coordination: Liaise with local land developers and real estate agents to package viable house-and-land offerings.
- Pre-Construction Collaboration: Work closely with our estimating, drafting, and site teams to ensure client variations are accurately costed and seamlessly delivered.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrable track record selling residential new homes (custom builder experience).
- Closing Ability: Confident in qualifying budgets, presenting proposals, handling objections, and closing contracts.
- Technical Understanding: Ability to interpret architectural plans, site levels, covenants, and basic soil/wind classifications.
- Local Insight: Good knowledge of the Hervey Bay / Fraser Coast property market and buyer demographic is highly regarded.
- Professional Drive: High emotional intelligence, exceptional presentation, and a client-first approach.
- Uncapped Earning Potential: Strong base security (up to $80k) matched with top-tier commission (up to 1.5%) means high performers can readily clear $150k–$200k+ OTE.
