This is your chance to join a respected custom home builder and take ownership of a busy sales office with a strong pipeline of enquiries.
We’re looking for an experienced Custom Home Sales Consultant to guide clients from their first enquiry through to contract stage, building trust and delivering a first-class experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Engaging with new clients, understanding their vision, and guiding them through the custom home building process
- Presenting plans, inclusions, and variations with clarity and confidence
- Driving sales outcomes by converting enquiries into contracts
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and the wider team
- Delivering exceptional customer service that makes building a home an enjoyable journey
- Proven sales experience in residential construction, building, or property
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills – able to build rapport fast
- Knowledge of the custom home building process
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Flexibility to work most weekends
Bonus points if you have:
- Knowledge of local planning regs and building codes
- Experience in custom home design or interpreting architectural plans
- A problem-solving, solution-driven mindset
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
This role is available due to internal team changes, with strong support from leadership to ensure you can hit the ground running.
