The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a well-established residential home builder with a strong reputation across Southeast Queensland. Known for delivering a market-leading product and a seamless customer experience, this business continues to perform strongly in a competitive market.
They are now looking to bring on a New Home Sales Consultant to work from a display home in South Ripley, supporting buyers through one of the most important decisions of their lives.
The Role
This is a front-facing, relationship-driven role where you will guide customers from initial enquiry through to contract, helping them bring their new home to life.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing walk-in enquiries and display home traffic
• Guiding clients through designs, inclusions, and options
• Building strong relationships and understanding customer needs
• Converting leads into signed contracts
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and market awareness
About You
• Previous experience in new home sales or a similar customer-facing role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Driven, motivated, and target-focused
• Well-presented and professional
• Available to work weekends (with some weekends off on a roster)
• Passion for property and helping clients achieve their goals
