This role offers the opportunity to work on a mix of high-end residential landscapes and unique, custom-built outdoor environments. Projects vary from architecturally designed spaces to creative builds that require problem solving and initiative on-site; no two jobs are the same.

This is a hands-on position where you’ll lead from the front, working within a small, skilled crew to deliver high-quality outcomes across a variety of projects.
You’ll be involved in all aspects of landscape construction, with the opportunity to contribute ideas and take ownership on-site, with career progression available.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute within a professional landscaping crew
- Deliver high-end residential and custom landscape builds
- Interpret plans and collaborate with designers, supervisors, and clients
- Install hardscape and softscape elements to a high standard
- Assist with and oversee specialised installations (e.g. pools, structures)
- Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient worksite
- Problem-solve and adapt to unique project requirements
- Trade qualification in Landscaping
- Solid experience across hard and soft landscaping
- White Card and current driver’s licence
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to work away from home when required (all costs covered)
- Experience with carpentry and detailed hardscaping (timber structures, paving, decking, irrigation, synthetic turf, etc.)
- Background in high-end residential, commercial, or bespoke projects
- Machine tickets (Excavator, Skid Steer, Forklift)
- Full time contract- (negotiable based on experience)
- Additional Overtime available with overtime rates!
