SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Erection and dismantling of modular and tube & coupler scaffolding
- Safe loading, unloading, and site handling of scaffolding equipment
- Assisting qualified tradesmen with structural setting and rigging
- Participating in daily Toolbox Talks and site safety inductions
- General site maintenance, clean-up, and ensuring a safe workspace
- Working collaboratively within a team environment to meet strict project deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to ensure onsite safety and efficiency
WHAT YOU'LL GET
- $41 - $46 per hour + Super + Coinvest(depending on experience)
- Daily Travel Allowance ($22.41)
- Meal allowance (payable on shifts over 9.5 hours)
- Heavy overtime available – time and a half and double-time rates paid
- Weekly Pay – processed every week, without fail
- Long-term consistency with real full-time potential for standout workers
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Valid High-Risk Work License (SB - Basic Scaffolding minimum)
- Valid White Card
- Minimum 6 months relevant scaffolding experience required
- Full PPE (Hard hat, Hi-vis, Steel cap boots)
- Genuine desire to commit long-term and work well within a crew
- Own transport highly desirable
