An opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Estimator to join a well-established Queensland construction company known for delivering quality residential projects across South East Queensland.
This growing builder has a strong reputation for custom homes, infill developments, duplexes and townhomes, backed by a team with over 60 years’ combined experience and a focus on exceptional communication, process and client service.
About the Role
You will work across both sales estimating and production estimating, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the pre-construction process.
Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing residential build estimates
• Reviewing specifications and documentation
• Quality checking production estimates once jobs are released
• Working closely with an offshore estimating team to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Supporting internal teams with pricing, variations and buildability questions
• Maintaining strong estimating processes and documentation standards
You’ll be based in the Buderim office and collaborate closely with the wider construction and admin teams using Buildertrend.
About You
You’re an experienced residential estimator who thrives on detail, structure and teamwork.
You will ideally bring:
• Proven experience in residential estimating, including custom or multi-unit projects
• Strong attention to detail and documentation review skills
• Confidence with digital estimating systems (Buildertrend experience highly regarded)
• Ability to manage work across sales and production estimating
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
