About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, quality-driven Residential Site Supervisor to take complete ownership of 4 to 6 active custom luxury builds.
This role features a highly structured, geographically tight run across Brisbane from Keperra through to Wynnum, allowing you to spend less time driving and more time executing flawless handovers. You will manage projects from earthworks through to completion, maintaining an uncompromising eye for detail on complex, high-spec architectural plans.
Day-to-day duties will include:
- Scheduling and supervising high-calibre trades and subcontractors on site.
- Conducting rigorous quality control checks against meticulous architectural and interior design specifications.
- Utilizing construction management software to maintain precise project timelines.
- Overseeing strict WHS compliance and ensuring clean, orderly, premium jobsites.
- Collaborating closely with clients, designers, and internal project teams to proactively resolve complex site detailing.
- Proven Track Record: 3+ years as a Site Supervisor managing complex, high-end custom or architectural residential builds.
- Trade Background: A structural or carpentry trade background is highly regarded.
- Licensing: A current QBCC Supervisor (or Builders) Licence and a valid manual driver’s licence are essential.
- Eye for Perfection: A genuine obsession with premium finishes, clean lines, and architectural luxury.
- Process-Driven: Strong organization skills to align with our detailed internal systems and transparent building philosophy.
- Base Salary:$120,000 - $130,000 (dependent on experience) + Super.
- Tools of the Trade: Fully maintained company vehicle, phone, and laptop.
- Low Volume, Elite Support: A highly manageable pipeline of just 4–6 sites, fully supported by a dedicated estimating and administrative office team.
