Custom / Volume Supervisor
📍 Logan / brisbane Southside
💰 $125k - $145k + Super
• Manage residential construction projects across a strong pipeline
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence required
• 3+ years’ residential construction supervision experience
Custom Residential Supervisor
📍 Brisbane West through to Ipswich
💰 $130k – $145k + Super + Vehicle
• Manage quality custom residential builds from start to finish
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence required
• 3+ years’ residential construction supervision experience
Volume / Medium Density Supervisor
📍 Morayfield
💰 $130k – $145k + Super + Vehicle
• Manage multiple residential builds concurrently
• Experience overseeing volume projects (up to 25 builds) preferred
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence required
• 3+ years’ residential construction supervision experience
Luxury Residential Supervisor
📍 Indooroopilly / Brisbane
💰 $130k – $165k + Super
• Deliver high-end, architecturally designed residential projects
• Experience with complex builds including $6m+ projects required
• Strong understanding of detailed architectural documentation
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence required
• 3+ years’ residential construction experience
Investment / Volume Supervisor
📍 Caboolture / Brisbane Northside
💰 $125k + Super + Annual Bonus Opportunity ($20k)
• Manage residential construction projects across a strong pipeline
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence required
• 5+ years’ residential construction supervision experience
About You You’ll ideally have:
✔ QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
✔ Proven experience supervising residential construction projects end to end
✔ Strong trade and subcontractor management skills
✔ Ability to manage programmes, quality, safety, and client expectations
✔ A track record of delivering projects successfully
