Because our head office is based down coast, we are looking for a highly trustworthy, professional, and autonomous Site Supervisor to act as the face of our business on the ground in Morayfield. We don't micromanage, we hire proven professionals and give them the room to do what they do best.
The Opportunity & Project Pipeline
While we successfully deliver large custom projects, we are specifically seeking a medium-density or volume-building specialist to spearhead this 40-home development and drive our expanding volume pipeline.

With all low-set homes running across just four design types on one unified site, this is a streamlined, dream run for an organized supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
- Full On-Site Autonomy: Manage the entire 40-home estate from continuous groundworks through to handover.
- Trade Coordination: Leverage your existing network and bring trusted, professional local trade bases with you to ensure immediate momentum.
- Quality & Schedule: Maintain exceptional build quality, strict adherence to construction timelines, and safety standards.
- Brand Representation: Act as the primary, professional representative of our Gold Coast-based business, dealing with suppliers, certifiers, and stakeholders.
We need a seasoned volume or medium-density professional who is self-motivated, highly organized, and brings a strong network of reliable local trades.
- Licensing: Must hold a valid QBCC Site Supervisor Licence(or higher).
- Experience: Proven track record running medium-density estates or volume residential housing.
- Trade Network: Ability and willingness to bring a reliable base of trusted trades with you to the project.
- Attributes: High integrity, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to run a site autonomously with minimal head-office oversight.
- Attractive Salary:$130k - $160k + Super, highly negotiable based on your experience and trade network.
