We are an established, long-standing volume home builder delivering up to 200 high-quality residential homes each year across SEQ. Known for quality construction and strong client relationships, we are looking for an experienced Warranty / Client Care Supervisor to take full ownership of our post-handover customer journey.
The Opportunity
This is an autonomous, high-impact role focused on managing the warranty, maintenance, and aftercare phase for our homeowners. You will serve as the primary point of contact from practical completion through the end of warranty obligations, ensuring defects are rectified efficiently and customer satisfaction remains high.
Please note: A QBCC Site Supervisor Licence is NOT required for this position. We are prioritizing practical construction knowledge, strong organization, and exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defect & Maintenance Management: Inspect post-handover items, evaluate maintenance requests against construction standards/tolerances, and manage rectifications.
- Trade Coordination: Schedule, manage, and oversee sub-contractors and internal maintenance teams to ensure quality and timely resolution. (Small works will be completed by you if needed)
- Customer Care: Act as the face of the business post-handover, conducting on-site client inspections and maintaining transparent, empathetic communication.
- Schedule Ownership: Manage your daily itinerary, site visits, and administrative tasks with full autonomy across key build regions (Gold Coast, Ipswich, Jimboomba, and surrounding growth corridors).
- Trade Background: Strong hands-on residential construction knowledge (Carpentry or Multi-Trade background highly regarded).
- Warranty & Defect Experience: Proven track record in residential maintenance, defect inspection, or warranty supervision.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to handle client inquiries professionally and resolve issues diplomatically.
- Standards & Quality Focus: Deep understanding of residential building standards, tolerances, and quality expectations.
- Organized & Autonomous: Outstanding time-management skills with the ability to run your own schedule and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
