Meet Jack Tosh. The guy who runs the JV Labour Hire team!
Jack was born into a family of builders and was destined for a career in the construction industry. With 5 years of carpentry experience in the UK, Jack's decision to work as a trades assistant when relocating to Australia was a natural one.
Jack has brought an enormous amount of industry knowledge with him since leaving the tools behind to develop his skills in construction recruitment. Jack approaches recruiting with zeal, his memory retention is exceptional, and he strives for quality results.

What attracted you to working at JV?
Started off working on-site for JV and was always interested in working in the office. An opportunity came about it went from there.
What is your expertise at JV? How many years of experience do you have in this area?
How would I describe what I do to someone completely unfamiliar with my field?
Labour hire, I have been here for over 5 and half years and know all aspects of the business. My personal role is to manage the labour hire team in recruiting and allocating candidates as well as the day-to-day operation.
If you recruit, what roles do you typically recruit into?
Generally, focus on checking the quality and compliance of candidates that the team hire.
What do I love most about what I do?
I enjoy coming to work. We have a very good office-based team, as well, on-site. We work hard, but we have fun whilst doing so.
What are you passionate about, personally?
Football, Holidays and keeping fit.

I have never worked in an office before starting my role at JV.

My memory, I am lucky to have a strangely good ability to remember certain things.
