JV Recruitment are currently looking for 3x Trade Assistants for an ongoing role in a Modular Factory based in Dandenong.
This role is working with a leading modular builder who focuses on Custom Prefabricated Pods for Residential, Commercial and Educational settings.
You’ll be part of a small team working alongside Qualified Carpenters to assist in Building Custom Pods and so a strong understanding of Carpentry is Essential with past experience framing highly advantageous. Strong experience in installation and Fix work is highly desirable.
You will be required to have basic Power tools including a Drill, Impact driver and hand tools for the role.
The Hours will be Monday-Friday 7.00AM-3.30PM Monday-Friday with opportunities for overtime available (Penalty rates apply)

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 Year Experience working in a Carpentry related role
- Previous on-site or factory construction experience
- White Card
- Forklift ticket
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team
WHAT YOU'LL GET
- Up to $40/hr (dependent on experience)
- Meal allowance (on shifts exceeding 9.5 hours)
- Time-and-a-half and double-time rates for overtime
- Long-term, ongoing roles with consistent hours
