About the Role
Reporting to a Senior Project Manager and working closely with an experienced installation team, you will deliver multiple AV and communications projects across Sydney, with occasional national travel. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, client relationships, subcontractors, procurement, installations, and commissioning as part of a high-energy, fast-moving environment.
This role is ideal for someone coming from Tier 2 construction, electrical, comms, data, or technology projects, who loves solving problems, thrives in a delivery-focused team, and wants to learn more about AV, comms, and cutting-edge technology.

About You
We’re looking for a Project Manager with the right personality and values — someone switched on, energetic, and committed to building a long-term career within a growing technology business.
You will have:
- 5+ years in Project Management (construction, AV, electrical, comms, IT, or similar)
- Strong stakeholder communication and onsite coordination skills
- Ability to manage 10-12 concurrent projects, up to the value of $5mil
- Solid understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and delivery
- High personal integrity and excellent references
- A desire to learn more about communications & AV technology
- A steady career history and loyalty to past employers
- High-energy, practical, and solutions-focused
- Hands-on, humble, and a team player
- Someone who wants to stay and grow with a company
- Confident working alongside experienced techs and senior PMs
- Comfortable travelling occasionally for national projects (90% of projects are Sydney based)
- $130,000 + Super + Company Vehicle
