An established and growing AV solutions business is looking to appoint a Project Manager to support the delivery of innovative workplace, commercial and technology-driven projects.
This role is ideal for someone from an electrical background who has 3–4 years’ experience project managing, and who is keen to expand their career into the AV and technology space. No prior AV experience is required — full training will be provided for the right person with the right attitude.
About the Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage end-to-end delivery of technology and AV projects, working closely with clients, technicians, subcontractors and internal teams. You’ll be responsible for coordinating timelines, resources and budgets, while developing your technical knowledge in AV systems and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from planning through to delivery and handover
- Coordinate internal teams, contractors and suppliers
- Liaise with clients to ensure clear communication and smooth delivery
- Oversee scheduling, budgets, documentation and reporting
- Build knowledge across AV systems, integrated technology and smart solutions
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
- Electrical industry background(trade, supervision or project coordination/management)
- 3–4 years’ experience in project management
- Strong interest and natural flair for technology, AV and smart systems
- Confident communicator with good stakeholder management skills
- Organised, proactive and keen to learn new systems and technologies

- $120,000 – $130,000 + Superannuation
