What’s on offer:
🔨 $45–$55 per hour + Super (Earning $95k - $115k + Super per year)
🏗️ Full-time, direct employment with the builder (not agency labour hire)
🧰 One project at a time – from start to finish
🏡 Projects in inner-city suburbs (e.g., Ashgrove and surrounds)
📅 Strong pipeline – no downtime between jobs
👥 Work with a tight-knit crew who get on, get together, and get it done. Opportunity for career progression. 

Must-haves:
✔️ Carpentry experience on custom or high-spec homes (minimum: standard homes)
✔️ Ideally completed a full carpentry apprenticeship
✔️ Attention to detail and pride in quality finish

Team + Culture:
👷‍♂️ 16 permanent staff: Owner, Ops Manager, CM, PMs, back office + in-house chippies
