JV Recruitment is seeking experienced fix carpenters for major commercial projects across Moorooka, Redbank Plains, Wynnum, Morningside, Chermside, and surrounding suburbs.
We’re working with a reputable builder with over 30 years in the industry, known for delivering high-quality projects and maintaining a strong work-life balance for their teams. The current project is approximately 6-9 months from completion and requires additional skilled carpenters through to the end.
About the Role:
- Hanging doors
- Fixing skirting and architraves
- Completing work to a high standard with a balance of speed and quality
- Other general carpentry tasks as required
- Installing cabinetry or built-in furniture
- Certificate III in Carpentry
- White Card
- Own tools (tested and tagged)
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Immediate or short notice availability
- $50-$60 per hour + super
- $21.94 daily travel allowance
- Meal allowance for shifts over 9.5 hours
- Daily overtime rates (time and a half, double time)
- Ongoing work with potential for full-time opportunities
