Civil Labourers

We are currently seeking motivated civil labourers to join crews across the Sunshine Coast! Locations include Maroochydore, Caloundra, Noosa & Nambour. You will support civil construction teams on-site with hands-on tasks, trenching, spotting machinery, site prep and general labouring. Immediate starts available for the right candidates.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• General civil labouring experience
  • Spotting machinery and assisting operators
  • Use of hand and power tools
  • Trenching, pipe-laying support, backfilling & compaction
  • Ability to follow work plans and OH&S directions
  • Strong work ethic and able to work independently or in a team

• $35-$38 per hour + super
• Overtime rates and penalty allowances
• Daily travel allowance
• Weekly pay
• Long-term projects with opportunities for ongoing work

• White Card
• Full Australian work rights
• Minimum 6-12 months civil or construction experience
• Own reliable transport & PPE
• Tickets highly desirable (Excavator, Roller, Skid Steer, Telehandler, Traffic Control)
