Civil Operators

Location: Brisbane - Queensland

Salary:  $37.00 - $45.00 Hourly

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Civil Operators to join crews across Brisbane. Locations include Springwood, Chermside, Oxley and Hillcrest. You will be operating plant on active civil construction sites, supporting crews with bulk earthworks, trenching, services installation and general site operations. Immediate starts available for the right candidates.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Operating civil plant including Excavators, Rollers, Skid Steers, Telehandlers or similar
  • Trenching, backfilling and compaction works
  • Working alongside labourers and supervisors to meet site targets
  • Reading and following work plans and site instructions
  • Strong understanding of site safety and OH&S requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
WHAT YOU’LL GET
  • $37-$45 per hour + super (depending on tickets and experience)
  • Overtime rates and penalty allowances

KEY REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY
  • White Card
  • Full Australian work rights
  • Relevant plant tickets (Excavator, Roller, Skid Steer, Telehandler, etc.)
  • Civil operating experience required
  • Own reliable transport and PPE
