Construction Administrator
Main Beach | Full Time Office Based
$70k to $85k + Super (depending on experience)
An established residential building company based in Main Beach, completing approximately 80 homes per year, is seeking a Construction Administrator to join their growing team in a full time, office based role.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked in construction administration previously, or someone fairly green who has a basic understanding of the residential building process and is keen to develop their career within a supportive, hands on environment.
About the role
You will support the construction and site teams with day to day administration, including:
• Preparing and issuing contracts and variations
• Liaising with trades, suppliers and clients
• Processing invoices and purchase orders
• Document control and file management
• Updating job information and tracking build progress
• General administrative support to the construction team
Experience with Onsite Companion would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
About you
• Previous experience in construction administration or a similar role preferred
• Some understanding of residential building processes
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast paced office environment
• Willing to learn and grow with the business
