Contract Administrator – Commercial Office Fit Out
Location: Sydney CBD
Full Time | Salary Negotiable (Based on Experience)
Are you an experienced Contract Administrator with a strong background in commercial office fit outs? We're on the hunt for a driven and detail-focused professional to join our high-performing team working on innovative, design-led interior projects in the heart of Sydney.
You will be working with a leading main contractor, who is known for completing projects all over Australia to a high standard.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing contracts from pre-construction through to final completion.
- Assisting with procurement, letting packages, subcontractor negotiations, and contract documentation.
- Preparing and reviewing scopes of work, variations, claims, and progress payments.
- Supporting the Project Manager with financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and building strong subcontractor relationships.
- Working across multiple fast-paced commercial office fit out projects.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator in the commercial fit out.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
- Confidence managing multiple packages and keeping projects on track commercially.
- A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Work with a reputable, growing business known for delivering high-end commercial spaces.

- Prime CBD office/project location close to transport, cafes, and client sites.
- Exposure to a diverse range of office fit out projects across corporate, co-working, and creative sectors.
