Contract Administrator – Commercial Office Fit Out
Location: Sydney CBD
Full Time | Salary Negotiable (Based on Experience)

Are you an experienced Contract Administrator with a strong background in commercial office fit outs? We're on the hunt for a driven and detail-focused professional to join our high-performing team working on innovative, design-led interior projects in the heart of Sydney. 

You will be working with a leading main contractor, who is known for completing projects all over Australia to a high standard. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing contracts from pre-construction through to final completion.
  • Assisting with procurement, letting packages, subcontractor negotiations, and contract documentation.
  • Preparing and reviewing scopes of work, variations, claims, and progress payments.
  • Supporting the Project Manager with financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and building strong subcontractor relationships.
  • Working across multiple fast-paced commercial office fit out projects.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator in the commercial fit out.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
  • Confidence managing multiple packages and keeping projects on track commercially.
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
