Contracts Administrator – Townhouse Dev Projects
📍 Location: Near Morningside, Brisbane, QLD
💰 Salary: $130k – $150k + Super
One of Queensland’s leading privately-owned builders is looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their expanding commercial team. With a strong pipeline of townhouse projects across SEQ, they are growing their commercial function.
This role is a permanent full-time role with long-term career prospects. You’ll be working directly with Site Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- End-to-end administration of contracts across townhouse developments
- Procurement, scheduling, and supplier management
- Invoicing, cost tracking, and variation management
- Supporting Site Managers with subcontractor engagement and progress claims
- Maintaining compliance across company systems (JobHack accounting software)
- 3+ years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator
- Strongly prefer 2+ years within townhouse / medium-density projects
- Commercially astute, confident with variations and invoicing
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with subcontractors and suppliers
- Able to add value from day one in a busy, supportive team environment
- Work in a modern new office close to Brisbane CBD

- Stable Monday–Friday role, 37.5 hours per week (no weekend or overtime)
