Are you looking to take the next step in your construction career with a company that values growth, teamwork, and quality? Our client is a fast-growing builder specialising in high-end Class 2 luxury apartment projects across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking a motivated Contract Administrator to join their dynamic team.

The Role:
As a Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-end residential projects. You’ll be working closely with Project Managers and Site Teams to ensure contracts are managed effectively and projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating subcontractor packages and contracts
  • Managing variations, progress claims, and payment schedules
  • Maintaining accurate contract documentation and registers
  • Assisting with project budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Supporting project delivery to ensure timelines, quality, and compliance are met

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator (ideally within Class 2 projects, otherwise strong residential background)
  • A solid understanding of construction contracts, processes, and compliance
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
