Residential Drafter – ArchiCAD | Broadbeach | $90k–$120k + Super

I’m working with a well-established volume home builder based near Broadbeach who are looking to add an experienced Residential Drafter to their team.
This is a great opportunity to join a stable, reputable builder with a strong pipeline of new home projects across South East Queensland.
You’ll be responsible for producing accurate and compliant working drawings, supporting the estimating and construction teams, and ensuring every plan reflects the company’s commitment to quality and detail.

What’s on offer:
✅ $90,000–$120,000 + Super (depending on experience)

What we’re looking for:
🔹 Minimum 5 years’ experience drafting residential homes in Australia
🔹 Proficient in ArchiCAD(non-negotiable)
🔹 Strong understanding of Queensland building codes and construction methods
📍 Location: Broadbeach, Gold Coast
🕓 Full-time, office-based role
