We have recently experienced a high demand for qualified spotters to support plant operators, trades and site supervisors across multiple active sites.
Skills and Experience
- Providing safe and effective electrical spotting for machinery and plant
- Monitoring safe approach distances around overhead and underground assets
- Supporting machine operators with clear communication and hazard awareness
- Assisting site teams with general labouring when required
- Working safely and efficiently both in a team and independently
- $38 – $42 per hour + super + coinvest (where applicable)
- Additional meal allowance (over 9.5 hours on a shift)
- Additional travel allowance where applicable ($21.94 per day)
- Time and a half and double-time rates paid for overtime
- Weekly pay
- Ongoing roles across multiple Melbourne sites
- Typical shift hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm
- Current Electrical Spotter Ticket
- White Card
- Full Australian work rights
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a spotting role
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Full PPE
- A car and licence are highly desirable
