Electrical Supervisor – Ballarat $115,000–$135,000 + Super + Vehicle (negotiable based on experience)

The Role

This role will see you leading a team of electricians and apprentices across a range of projects - from light commercial and industrial builds through to infrastructure upgrades. You’ll be responsible for job planning, resourcing, site supervision, and ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. Your week will be a mix of hands-on work, mentoring apprentices, liaising with clients and builders, and supporting management with project delivery and budgets.

About You:

To be successful, ideally, you’ll have:

• A current Victorian A-Grade Electrical Licence
• 5+ years’ experience in commercial or industrial electrical work
• 2+ years’ experience supervising teams or running projects
• Strong understanding of job management, safety systems, and client service
• Excellent communication skills and a hands-on leadership approach
