Estimator (Remedial)

Salary: Up to $120,000 + Super (commensurate with experience)

Are you an experienced Estimator ready to take the next step in your career? Join a reputable and growing contractor specialising in remedial, structural repair, waterproofing, and façade restoration projects across Sydney Metro. 

We are seeking a detail-driven and commercially astute estimator with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the remedial or residential sector. You’ll play a critical role in tendering and pricing a diverse range of building rectification projects up to $10M.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Reviewing project scopes and specifications to prepare accurate and competitive tenders.
• Measuring quantities and interpreting technical drawings, reports, and specifications.
• Engaging with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to source pricing and clarify scopes.
• Preparing BOQs, take-offs, and tender submissions with a focus on remedial construction and defect rectification.
• Supporting project managers during pre-contract and handover phases.

• 2+ years' experience in remedial or building rectification estimation.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, techniques, and rectification methodologies.
• Background in remedial waterproofing, concrete repair, façade works, or structural remediation highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines concurrently.
